6) Certificate and medal delivery arrangements:
There will be about a week after the results are announced for each participant to check their name. If no changes are made, the certificates and medals will be sent by the organizer to our Hong Kong branch about 10-14 weeks after the announcement. Then, our association will send them to the participant's address (sent from Hong Kong) by SF Express.
There is no need to apply for certificates separately and there is no additional charge. Certificates will be sent out separately for each competition.
7) Registration and submission methods:
A) Individual:
1) Simply click "Apply Now" on this page, fill in the contestant information, and click Submit.
2) The system will send a confirmation email immediately after submission (please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email).
3) Submit your work: Before the deadline, click the [Upload Work Link] in the confirmation email to upload your work (file type: jpg). Physical works do not need to be mailed.
4) You will receive an email immediately after uploading your work.
5) Wait for the results to be announced

B) Group registration - Teacher registers on behalf of the applicant

Once we receive your registration, we will confirm receipt via email and provide a receipt. If you do not receive a reply, please contact our staff. Your registration is successful only if you receive our email confirmation.
Teachers can also register first and then submit their works by email before the deadline.

Q: Can the same work be entered into different competitions?
A: Since the organizers and judges of the competitions organized by IGEAAA are different, participants can enter the same work in different competitions of the association at the same time.
Q: Are there any restrictions on the works?
A: There is no limit to the content of the drawings, but pornographic and violent themes are not accepted.
Q: Are there any additional charges besides the registration fee?
A: The registration fee is HKD380/work (individual), which includes 1) certificate 2) medal. The certificate will be shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express with freight payable. The additional fee is the courier fee for mailing the certificate from Hong Kong to the address provided by the participant, and the fee will be paid to the third-party courier company.
Q: Do physical works need to be mailed?
A: No, since the competition is an online competition, in order to avoid damage to the original work during mailing, participants are requested to keep the original work by themselves. When submitting the work, take a front view of the work and upload it in electronic JPG format to the [Work Upload System].
Q: Are there limits on the pixels and file types for the electronic version of the work?
A: Generally, the pixels of photos taken with a smartphone are sufficient. If there are any deficiencies, the Association will contact the contestant directly to provide a new one. The file type is JPG/JPEG.
