Group Registration Method

(Applicable to Art Studios / Music Schools / Schools / Teachers)

Registration by Teachers

Download and complete the Group Excel Registration Form (submission must remain in Excel format, do not convert).
Email the following documents to info@igeaaa.com:
1. Group form
2. Payment slip
3. Digital files of the artworks

Once received, the Secretariat will reply by email to confirm receipt and provide a receipt. If you do not receive a reply, please contact our staff. Registration is only considered successful once you have received our confirmation email.

Teachers may also complete the registration first and submit the artworks later by email before the deadline.

Registration Deadline Policy

All competitions must be registered on or before the deadline.Any registrations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Teachers are reminded to pay close attention and make proper arrangements to ensure successful registration.

Group Certificates and Trophy Arrangement

Group registration of 5 or more students: Eligible for a free group certificate
Group registration of 15 or more students: Eligible for a free group certificate and a trophy
The above arrangements are only applicable when registration is submitted under group registration. Certificates and trophies will be issued by IGEAAA.
